Tola Adeliyi – Educator | Leadership & Relationship Coach | Motivational Speaker
Tola Adeliyi is a passionate educator, leadership and relationship coach, and motivational speaker dedicated to inspiring excellence and purpose. A graduate of Animal Biology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Tola began his professional journey in business as Managing Partner of Archon Ventures Ltd and Golden Domains Ltd in Lagos. He later led one of the largest African teams — over 2,000 members — representing ForMor International, a U.S.-based health and wellness company headquartered in Conway, Arkansas.
Tola transitioned into education after earning his Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the prestigious University of Warwick, England and his masters in Leadership and Management of Special Educational Needs. His teaching career in the United Kingdom spanned several leadership roles, including Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Director of Excellence at The Hazeley Academy, Milton Keynes; SENCO at Thamesmead School, Shepperton; and Assistant Headteacher in charge of Special Educational Needs at Broomfield School, London.
Driven by his passion for human development, Tola trained as a certified life coach, specialising in leadership and relationship coaching especially within the African and Black diaspora. He has worked extensively with women, teachers, and Learning Support Assistants, empowering them to rebuild confidence, discover purpose, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Until recently, Tola served as Vice Principal for Teaching, Learning, CPD, and Inclusion at one of Dubai’s leading inclusive schools. A widely travelled speaker, he has inspired audiences ranging from 50 to 1,000 delegates across more than 60 countries and four continents, speaking on leadership, motivation, inclusion, and purpose-driven living.
Tola is the Founder and CEO of Beyond Labels, an inclusive education company championing the cause of Students of Determination and raising the profile of inclusion across all Emirates of the UAE.
He divides his time between Milton Keynes, England, and Dubai, UAE, continuing to lead initiatives that empower educators, uplift communities, and create impact beyond boundaries
