Tola Adeliyi is a Teacher of Science, a Leadership and Relationship Coach and a Motivational Speaker. He is graduate of Animal Biology, FUNAAB. He was at different times, the Managing partner of Archon Ventures Ltd and Golden Domains Ltd based in Lagos. He was also the team leader of one of the largest teams(over 2,000) representing ForMor International, an American company based in Conway, Arkansas. USA.
He later qualified as a teacher with a PGCE from the prestigious University of Warwick, England. During his teaching career in schools across the United Kingdom, he was a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and the Director of Excellence department at the Hazeley Academy, Milton Keynes, a SENCO at Thamesmead School, Shepperton, Surrey, Assistant Head Teacher in charge of Special Educational Needs at Broomfield School, London.
His love and desire to further impact lives made him train as a relationship coach and he has since worked with abused women and those with little confidence, helping them to find their place and thrive in their careers and lives.
Currently, he is a vice principal in charge of Teaching and Learning, CPD and Inclusion in one of the leading inclusive schools in Dubai. He is widely travelled and frequently involved in organising and giving talks on motivation and relationship to audiences of between 50 and 1000 delegates in more than 60 countries across 4 continents.
Tola is the founder and CEO of Oxford Strategic Leadership Academy, a cultural and motivational summer school, and Impact-4-Success a platform for Life coaches and Trainers. He is based in Milton Keynes, England and Dubai.
